We’ve used Carolina Precision Builders for two projects - back deck and guest bathroom - and we will absolutely use them again. For the back deck, they demoed our existing deck, built a new one from scratch, and applied a combination of paint and stain for a beautiful and unique custom look. They recommended (and built) a custom sliding door to avoid taking up precious space with a traditional swinging door. They completed the entire project in a couple weeks, often working in the evenings (with our approval) to complete everything in a timely manner. For the guest bath, Ryan walked us through the entire process at the beginning and kept us informed of scheduling/next steps throughout the project. When we were unhappy with how the installed (pre-grouted) floor tile looked (due to a manufacturing flaw, no fault of the builders) Ryan had the entire floor ripped out and redone, negotiating with the tile company on our behalf to get a discount on replacement tiles. He provided this level of 5-star service throughout the entire project and we are so pleased with the results (as are our guests)!
